UPDATE = after 4/5 days supertooth got back to me, and suggested I pull the battery from my phone. This worked for a day I could hands free dial once or twice, then it hung again no hands free dialling and incoming calls got an engaged tone. I don't think it is compatible with the galaxy s2 phone?? Full marks to totally mobile for a prompt refund.
